Carla Bruni-Sarkozy (Pacific Coast News) If there was ever an sliver of doubt that Carla Bruni-Sarkozy was pregnant, it's been removed as bikini pictures surface of France's first lady in a bikini on vacation. It's clear from the photos that not only is Carla pregnant, she's relatively far along in her pregnancy.
She joined her husband at Fort de Bregancon in France for some fun in the sun and sand. On one day she wore an army green two piece, on the next a fucshia bikini.
