Victoria Justice Turns Heads with a Ruffled Mullet Skirt

The singer and actress opted for a unique look with her ruffled mullet skirt by LUBLU Kira Plastinina. Justice paired the one-of-a-kind skirt with an Alice + Olivia tube top for a crisp black and white look.

As if her skirt wasn't a head turner enough, Justice carried a neon yellow clutch that read "#hashtag." To complete her look, she opted for a fuchsia lip, a braided ponytail and Sorrelli earrings.
