There's something so alluring about a redhead who dares to wear red. Most people would think to shy away from outfits in the same shade as your locks, but Karen Elson embraces the color wholeheartedly for eye-catching outifts.

At the Tonight We Tanqueray party in New York, Karen looked stunning in a vibrant crimson gown by Gucci. Eva Mendes first wore this frock a month ago, but the effect on Karen is completely different and ethereal. The ankle-length dress is flowy in a saturated shade of red. It could be overwhelming, but sheer sleeves balance it out. Karen paired her look with simple sandals and topped it all off with red lipstick and full curls.
