Charitable Celebrities Raise Money for AIDS AwarenessProving that there's nothing more fashionable than philanthropy, stylish celebs like Jessica Alba and Kristin Cavallari have joined the fight against AIDS.

The starlets, along with Olympian Michael Phelps, Jenny McCarthy, and many others, have joined a coalition with the national AIDS foundation, Until There's A Cure. The organization was established in 1993 to fund prevention education, care services, vaccine development, and to increase general public awareness of AIDS. In recent years, many celebs have appeared in print ads supporting Until There's a Cure.

Charitable Celebrities Raise Money for AIDS AwarenessThe foundation has launched a jewelry line of 25 different styles of cuff bracelets that are directly used as tools for social change. Many of the pieces are handmade in Africa by HIV-positive women, and 90 percent of the proceeds go directly towards supporting the organization's causes.

Over the past 19 years, UNTIL has invested over $22 million in various programs and grants that provide support to African villages ravaged by HIV infection, community clinics, testing programs, and vaccine advocacy groups.

The bracelets range from $1 to $125 and are available for purchase online and in local Ben Bridge stores. To learn more about the cause, visit UNTIL online for more information.
